egaranti, One of the First Cohort Startups of Enterinvest, Raises $1.1 Million!

egaranti, one of the startups in the first cohort of the Enterinvest Investment Readiness Program run by Entertech Istanbul Technopark, has raised $1.1 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The startup, which digitizes warranty and after-sales processes, has taken another important step forward in its growth journey with this investment.

Founded in 2021 by Kâmil Kınacı and Sinan Peksoy, egaranti develops solutions that enable brands to digitize warranty certificates and manage their after-sales processes through a single platform. Operating in Türkiye and Uzbekistan, egaranti integrates with the sales channels of brands and retailers to offer consumers extended warranty and maintenance packages.

Aiming to Sustain Its Growth with New Investment

Through its partnerships with brands, egaranti reaches a broad consumer base and aims to further develop its services for individual users in the coming period. With a new application planned for launch in Türkiye, consumers will be able to purchase extended warranty and maintenance packages for their products and track their products and warranty information through a single platform.

Having also raised TRY 18 million in 2024, egaranti has taken another significant step toward advancing its growth plans and further developing its solutions for the digitalization of after-sales services with its latest funding round.

Enterinvest Continues to Prepare Startups for Investment

The Enterinvest Investment Readiness Program, run by Entertech Istanbul Technopark, aims to help revenue-generating startups with scaling potential prepare for investment through a systematic approach and from an investor’s perspective.

Combining training, mentorship, and investor matchmaking, the program gives startups the opportunity to align their financial and operational metrics with investor expectations and gain in-depth knowledge of company valuation, due diligence, term sheets, and legal processes. Other key components include strengthening investor presentations and facilitating direct engagement with national and international investors.
