Entertech İstanbul Teknokent Takes Its Place at Teknofest 2025!
Entertech İstanbul Teknokent, jointly affiliated with İstanbul University and İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, participated once again this year in İstanbul Teknofest 2025, held from 17–21 September at Atatürk Airport.
At the event, Entertech İstanbul Teknokent provided visitors with information about its activities in line with five strategic goals: internationalization, access to investment and funding, effective entrepreneurship programs, specialization, and the development of infrastructure.
Entertech İstanbul Teknokent Companies Excel at ISIF’25
The 10th International Invention Fair – TÜRKPATENT ISIF’25 Award Ceremony, organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Technology by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) and hosted by TEKNOFEST, was held with the participation of the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır. At this year’s fair, which showcased 470 inventions from 23 countries, the inventions supported by Entertech İstanbul Teknokent under its TechIP program achieved significant success. Demonstrating Turkey’s strength in technology and innovation on the international stage, four ventures from Entertech were awarded medals.

- CHITOSOLVE Teknoloji Medikal İlaç Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. – Silver Medal
- MİMA Material Innovation Engineering Research Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. – Bronze Medal for the invention “A Thermoplastic-Based Cleaning Composition for Extruders and a Method for Its Production”
NANORC R&D Engineering Industry and Trade Inc. – Bronze Medal for the invention “A Formulation for Skincare and a Textile Product Containing the Formulation”
In addition to these, 10 special awards and 65 gold medals were presented at ISIF’25. With participants from 23 countries, ranging from Belgium to South Korea and Canada to China, the success of Entertech companies once again highlighted Turkey’s global competitiveness in domestic and national technologies.
Strategic Cooperation Between Entertech İstanbul Teknokent and the Ministry of Industry and Technology for Turcorns’ European Expansion
A significant cooperation protocol was signed between Entertech İstanbul Teknokent and the Ministry of Industry and Technology’s Directorate General of National Technology under the Turcorn 100 Program. As part of this protocol, the Amsterdam office of Entertech B.V. will be used to support Turcorn candidates in Turkey, who are expected to reach billion-dollar valuations, in expanding into the European market.
Through this strategic collaboration, Entertech’s Amsterdam office will serve as a central hub for both the technopark’s ventures and Turcorn candidates entering the European market. This initiative aims to accelerate the global growth of Turkey’s high-potential technology companies.
The Turcorn 100 Program, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, aims to make Turkey’s technology-based ventures globally competitive, and Entertech’s presence in Europe will play a critical role in achieving this goal.
